Dunhill of Wilmington was started by two staffing professionals with over eleven years combined experience in the professional search industry. Both of our owners had spent a lot of time on the NC coast and recognized not only its beauty, but also, the area's potential. While we work on a nationwide scale, from Boston to LA, we're based in a strong, economically growing area just two hours east of Research Triangle Park.

Wilmington is home to a growing university and has attracted a number of technology and pharmaceutical companies. It is sometimes referred to as "Hollywood East" producing more movies than any other location in the country outside of LA and NYC.

Over the past six years we have grown and added individuals to our staff from a variety of backgrounds to handle our clients varied needs. Our staff has come to us from up and down the eastern seaboard, including NH/MA, NYC, DC, and FL, so we also provide a “locals” perspective for many of the regions where we work. Their backgrounds include telecommunications, software, finance, government contracting, and sales.

Chris Gibbons, President:

Having some recruiting experience from previous positions, Chris started at Dunhill in January, 1999 as an IT Staffing Consultant. She was named Rookie of the Year for Dunhill in 1999, and finished up 2000 as the number three consultant nationwide. She has received numerous President’s Awards and has achieved the million dollar club with Dunhill. She is a graduate of the UNC Kenan Flagler School of Business. Chris leads our recruitment efforts for software and web development, and other IT-oriented positions. She also serves as the company’s facility security officer for our government projects

Robert Stewart, Vice President:

Rob started in the staffing industry working for National Career Centers in 1992. While at NCC he was recognized repeatedly as a top producer and worked with such companies as SBC, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc. He received the Rookie of the Year award in 1992, was recognized as salesperson of the month on 16 occasions and of the quarter eight times. He left NCC to become an internal recruiter for BTI in 1999. He himself was recruited away from BTI at the end of 1999 to work for Management Recruiters and start a telecommunications division. Rob leads our recruitment efforts in the areas of telecom, wireless, and sales.

Jeannie Jensen, Business Development Manager:

If you are a company that we do business with, you have undoubtedly talked to Jeannie. She leads all of our marketing and business development efforts sharing our capabilities with potential clients. Jeannie has a degree in finance from CUNY and came to us with a background in finance and pharmaceutical recruiting in the competitive NYC market. She’s proven to be a great addition to the team and a key to our continued growth.
