Primarily, our positions are permanent, direct hire positions. However, we do have several contract client companies as well.
Can I get help improving my resume?
Absolutely! We are here as a resource for you. Start by looking over our resume tips but we will also help you on an individual basis to make your resume appropriate for your background. We will also help you brush up on your interviewing skills.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
At Dunhill our work is based on strict confidentiality. We use discretion when contacting you and will never submit your resume to a client company without first receiving your permission.
Can I find out about how much competition I have for a job?
One of the major advantages of working with a search firm is that we will prepare you for the interview. When you interview through us you will understand the company and its culture, and know a little about who you are interviewing with and what is most important to them in their hiring process. You will also know where you stand in the process and what concerns the hiring manager may have about your background so we can help you overcome those in the interview.
What about salary negotiations?
Another positive thing about working with one of our consultants is that we will negotiate our salary for you. We can do this effectively because we will know your current salary and the salary range for the position. We also have access to research tools that help us determine fair market value for your skillsets. Finally, this allows you to focus on selling yourself in the interview rather than worrying about the salary. We will always cover the salary issue for you.
