What are your fees?
This is dependent on the level and volume of positions you expect to fill. Your consultant will discuss this with you on an individual basis.
How many resumes can I expect to see?
On average, Dunhill will screen 40 to 100 people for your job. We will check references and narrow that down to our top 3 or 4 picks. We are NOT a resume forwarding service and we will not be sending you dozens of resumes.
Where
do you find your candidates?
Dunhill has been finding people for companies since 1952. We have a very sophisticated database of candidates that we have been tracking for a good portion of this time. Newspaper classified ads and internet job postings only account for about 20% of our pool of people. The majority of people come to use through old fashioned networking and referrals.
What areas does your company specialize in?
Nationwide, Dunhill consultants specialize in a wide range of industries and positions from healthcare to accounting to IT professionals. Dunhill of Wilmington specializes in information technology, telecommunications/wireless, technical sales, and other professional-level sales (such as advertising/multimedia). We also work in the field of electrical engineering. Typical job titles that we fill are: Web/Software Developer, Network Engineer/Administrator, Project/Program Manager, Solution Architect, and Account Executive/Manager. We work on a nationwide basis and have placed individuals in every major market in the country (and some smaller ones too!).
What are my options for hiring one of your candidates?
The majority of our placements are permanent, direct-hire positions where you hire the candidate directly and we receive a one-time fee. We do offer a guarantee period for these placements. We do, however, have the ability and are able to offer contract and/or contract-to-perm services.
